One-on-one sessions tailored entirely to you
Private sessions offer something a group class simply cannot: my complete attention on your body, your alignment, and your goals. Whether you're recovering from an injury, working through a specific limitation, preparing for a milestone, or simply wanting to deepen your understanding of the practice, private instruction allows us to move at your pace and address exactly what you need.
Each session is built around you. We'll work together to identify areas of strength and areas that need attention, then develop a practice that supports your body and evolves as you progress. Props, modifications, and sequencing are all customized to serve your individual practice.
Private instruction is ideal for students at any level — from complete beginners who want a strong foundation to experienced practitioners looking to refine specific postures or overcome plateaus.
Private sessions are also well suited for those who may not be able to attend group classes or find certain poses taught in a group setting difficult to perform. In a private setting, I'm able to offer more hands-on support, and we use a wider range of props to help you access poses safely and comfortably.
