How It Works

I offer three classes each week — Sunday, Tuesday, and Wednesday evenings. You can sign up for any class happening within the next 7 days, first come, first served. Click the Sign Up button on any class below to see available dates and register. If you need to cancel, you can do so from the confirmation email you'll receive after signing up. For online classes, meeting invites will be sent to your email 30 minutes before class starts. Please have your camera on with good lighting so I can see your alignment and offer corrections. Microphones will generally be muted during class to minimize background noise.

Each class lists recommended props below. The more props you have, the better — but don't let that stop you! Stacked towels work as blankets, books can stand in for blocks, and a regular chair can substitute for a yoga chair. That said, if your situation allows, proper yoga props are always encouraged for the best experience.

6:00 PM – 7:15 PM PST • Online via Google Meet
